The terms and conditions are there to keep everyone safe on our platform.

By using our Education Hub website you agree with our terms and conditions.

It is your responsibility to be stay up-to-date the latest terms and conditions.

These terms are like any other contract, that protect us from the countless things that can happen and that clarify the legal relationship between us and you.

These terms and conditions serve as an enforceable contract between us and you.

You agree by registering or even using our services, you are agreeing to enter into a legally binding contract with Education Hub.

If you do not agree to our terms and conditions, you must not register or access our services.

 

Our rights

Our platforms and services are protect by copyright, trademark, and other laws of United Kingdom.

Nothing gives you the right to use Education Hub name or any of the Education Hub trademarks, logos, domain names, and other brand features and services.

Any feedback, comments, reviews, or suggestions you may provide is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use in any way we see fit without any obligation to you.

You must not copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code of or content on our platform.

You may not scrape, spider, use a robot, or use other automated means of any kind to access the services.

You must not send any communications, such as emails, falsely appearing as Education Hub.

You may not reproduce any of the content.

 

Creating an account

When setting up an account, you must provide, and continue to provide accurate, and complete information.

You must not share your log-in details with anyone.

You have complete responsibility for everything that happens on your account, or the harm or damage caused by someone using your account.

You must notify us immediately if someone gained access to log-in details or has used your account.

Students and instructors must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

If you are above the age to use online services (for UK it is 13) you are encouraged to invite a parent or guardian to help you access the content appropriate for you.

If we discover that you have created an account that violates our rules, we will terminate your account.

You cannot transfer your account to someone else.

 

Enrolment

When you enrol on a course you get access to the course via Education Hub only.

When you enrol you are only getting access to view the course.

You must not save the course.

You must not store the course.

You must not sell the course.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any content.

You may not approach any instructors or students directly. If there is a reason to do this please let us know.

 

Payments

When making a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method.

If you aren’t happy with the content, you must request in writing within 48 hours to request a refund and provide an explanation as to why so we can better our products.

If we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as you have consumed a significant portion of the course, we reserve the right to deny refund and we may choose to terminate your account.

 

Behaviour policy

You must only use Education Hub for lawful purposes only.

You are solely responsible for the knowledge, understanding and compliance of your national laws and regulations of your country.

You are responsible for all the content you post, including reviews, and must make sure anything you write is professional.

If you post anything offensive, we may ban your account, and in certain circumstances report you to law enforcement agencies.

We may restrict or terminate your account at any time if we are suspicious that you have violated out terms, with or without notice, for any or no reason at all. We do not need to provide you with an explanation.

If a user has published our content that infringes our or your copyright, please let us know.

 

Selling courses

By selling your courses, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use your course on our website, we may direct others to your courses on our website form other websites, including you name and image. This includes making your content available to other companies and organisations, as well as using your content for marketing purposes. You agree to all such uses with no compensation paid to you.

We try to review all courses before it is published on our website.

We cannot however guarantee we have reviewed every element of a course.

We do not edit a seller’s course, we either choose to publish or not publish their courses.

We take no responsibility for any content in any courses, including accuracy, reliability, validity, truthfulness, and legality of the content.

We take no responsibility for any damages caused by the content of any course, including death. You assume full responsibility for your choices.

If you come across anything inappropriate or offensive, please let us know.

 

Disclaimer

Even if we delayed exercising our rights, it does not means we waive our rights in any way, and we may decide to enforce them in the future.

Our platform may on rare occasions be down for maintenance, our instructors made misleading statements in their content, we may cease making available some features, these are just few examples, and you accept that you will not have any recourse against us and under no circumstances Education Hub will be liable for any interruptions, misleading information or any other types of damages.

If there is an issue that arises by you, you agree to first work diligently and in good faith with us to reach a resolution.

If there is a dispute, the claiming party must write with their full name, mailing address and email address explaining the nature and details of the dispute and a proposal for resolving it.

You and Education Hub agree that each party will bear their own costs and attorneys’ fees.

 

Privacy policy

We respect your privacy and want you to understand that we collect, use, and share data about you.

We collect your data for performance of contracts and for legitimate interests such as service provision, enhanced platform functionality, identity verification, payment facilitation, fraud prevention, customer and technical support, and marketing and promotions.

The type of data we may collect about you, can include, technical data such as IP address, device type, operating system type and version, unique device identifiers, browser, domain and other system data, usage statistics, time spent on pages, pages visited, features used, your search queries, click data, date and time, geographic coordinates, calculated based on your IP address etc.

We use tools like cookies to gather the data about you and you agree to receive these.

You must be careful with the information you share about yourself and you must not share anything personal.

You must not share your contact details or email address with another member of the platform.

We are not responsible in any way for what others do with the information you choose to share.

We are not responsible for any disputes arising between two individuals on our platform.
